You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• In its original packaging

We will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

1. Email our support team at service@lujuwa.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return. (If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach a clear photo.)
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and clear instructions on where to send your package.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition

2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.
